The "Son" Beams Sunday School Class is no longer active. We have left the information up to assist you.

We hope to give you a starting place to begin your ministry to those with mental disabilities. If you're called of the Lord and don't know where to start, we're here to help.

It's important to remember that it is the Lord that will guide your ministry. We will be happy to share what we have learned through the years but stay open to the Holy Spirit and let Him guide YOUR ministry.

In order to minister to those with mental disabilities we must learn to listen to the Holy Spirit. We are going to have to learn to communicaate on a spiritual level. The ministry we do is "from spirit to spirit"

John 3:8
8 The wind blows wherever it pleases. You hear its sound, but you cannot tell where it comes from or where it is going. So it is with everyone born of the Spirit." (NIV)

 

Rom 1:17
17 For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith. (KJV)

 

 

The disabled community as a whole has been over looked many Churches. We pray that this will change as more and more people become sensitive to the Holy Spirit.
